Your site has been compromised by an attack in the wild as mentioned here: https://forums.modx.com/thread/104079/urgent-active-attacks-on-modx-revolution-sites-below-revolution-2-6-5#dis-post-559785

Once you restore your rollback, immediately upgrade to 2.6.5 and all Extras—espcially Gallery. If you're can't upgrade immediately, at the bottom of that post, there are links to files to be patched to close the vulnerability.
