vericode Please Help

How can I get the manager back to default so I can access it? I selected the vericode for login, but the server won’t load the images even though it has the correct gd php enabled. Bluehost claims it is a modx problem, but I installed the same version on another server last week and it’s okay.

Thanks for any suggestions. I’m really stuck.
