    Hallo freundliche Community –

    Josefine

It might be a 'permissions' issue. Files and folders on web servers have 'users' and 'groups' associated with them. Permission might be granted to User A and all members of Group B to create a new file or folder, or to add files to some folders and not others.

      Permissions can sometimes go wrong.

If you have access to some sort of control panel for your web server you should check that the files and folders have the correct permissions applied to them.

You should be able to see somewhere within your control panel what permissions are applied to specific files and folders. These are often displayed numerically. It does depend on your web hosting environment but it is likely that these would be correct:
      Files: 644
      Folders: 755
One specific file should be set to 400. This is: /core/config/config.inc.php

There is some information about permissions here: https://bobsguides.com/blog.html/2015/05/05/hardening-your-modx-site/
