    Hello,
Today, I updated my database connection (change password) in the config.inc.php file. The site comes up fine but when I want to log via the manager I get this error below and I can’t login in anymore:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/c9130/public_html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/c9130/public_html/manager/index.php on line 148

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/c9130/public_html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/c9130/public_html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 59

Something seems to be wrong with the session... Any idea on how to fix this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Sounds like you accidentally added some whitespace to the config file before the <?php declaration.

This is what I thought first but that’s not the case. I’m using UltraEdit 32 as an editor under Win. Is it know to cause problem? I hadn’t had any so far.
        Thanks.

I know the UltraEdit site is modx powered and I suspect they used their product(s) once or twice in the creation so I would say that it’s fine to use with the system.

If you host has an online file editor try checking your file with that to ensure there isn’t any added whitespace.
