SimpleCart "SimpleCart Option" TV type problem

Hi

I have a problem with "SimpleCart Option" TV :

I set up the following default values in "input options" :
France métropolitaine^1
Autre^2

As admin I can see the grid/list options in back end.
But another user with Administrator rights cannot see the TV grid/list options list. Only the TV name is visible.

Even when the second Administrator user is "sudo".

Any idea ?

Any errors in the browser dev console?
