Document's alias with characters šđčćž ?

When I create document, it automaticly creates document alias.

The problem is when I’m having characters like šđčćž in the pagetitle.
ex. "božićni šoping" is aliased as "boicni-oping", but I want to create it like "bozicni-soping".

Can this be done?
