Missing Buttons in TinyMCE4 in QuickEdit Mode / Evo 1.43

    When I use tinymce in Quickedit Mode (on Page), the buttons and menu elements to add or edit links are not available.
    Same page edited in manager shows the buttons and menu elements.

    All other buttons and menu elements are identical.
