Stopforumspam

I noticed FormIt, Quip and Login use stopforumspam.com. Only FormIt seems to mention it in the documentation. Does anyone know who runs the service? I tried to find out on their website. Whois shows nothing. Too bad if it was just another Google watcher sucking in data. Paypal obviously has issues with donations.
