    Hi,

    For a client I would like to build a "News" section in the homepage where he can post small pictures and small text blocks.

    Something like this: https://www.dev.stephan-fuhrer.ch/assets/images/Screenn_News.png

    These news are not "Blog posts" but as I said simply Image, and 2 or 3 lines of text (with maybe links).

    I need to make it easy for the client to create as many "News" he likes. Not with a limit.

    So the question is: is possible to create repeatable Template variables? Let's say the client can simply click on "Add" button to create a new Image and Text.

    When yes, could you please give me some suggestions?

    I would like to place these news in a structure that is this (using Bootstrap)

    <h2>News</h2>
    <div class="has-padding-bottom">
    <div class="row">
      <div class="col-md-4">News 1</div>
      <div class="col-md-4">News 2</div>
      <div class="col-md-4">News 3</div>
    </div>

    <div class="row">
      <div class="col-md-4">News 4</div>
      <div class="col-md-4">News 5</div>
      <div class="col-md-4">News 6</div>
    </div>
    </div>

    Thanks in advance smiley [ed. note: nowords last edited this post 8 years, 4 months ago.]

      I guess announcements might be a better way of describing it.

      You can do this with a MIGXTV. You'll need to read through the documentation though or better yet Gel Studios has a great tutorial on this on youtube. There are other ways to do this also though such as a custom manager page to manage the announcements for the site in one central place and MIGXDB to power it - again Gel Studios has a great tutorial on this on youtube.
