Create custom TV to move object on Map

hello, I have to make my first custom TV.
I have a background image (a map) where the user has to place a logo and I have to save the position x, y in %.

Can anyone advise me how to deal with the problem?

I just completed something similar for a client.

I ended up using DropPin JS for the front end and then just had the co-ordinates as json into a tv.

On second thoughts I'm not sure if my solution is what you're after. Where are your clients setting their logo position and how is that being handled?
