Required fields in Quip "QuipReply"?

Is it possible to specify additional required fields in the QuipReply tpl/chunk - so that more than just name, email and comment are required?

I could couldn't find any code in Quip or Articles that handles required fields. I doubt that your idea will be possible, but it might be worth just trying it.

Out of curiosity, how do you specify your existing required fields in QuipReply?

How about just putting the required html5 attribute in the inputs? Or using javascript validation?

Thanks both. Didn't think Quip offered it as an option... Bob - by default, Name, email and Comment are required - so their is some validation code baked in somewhere - but not created to be extended it seems... LK - yeh will look at a JS validation solution.
