My install is Revo. 2.6.1-pl
Here's what I have so far:
Adam1 is a user on the system.
He is in a group called 'Characters'.
He has the role of Char Editor - 500.
I have the Access Policy 'Content Editor', calling it 'CharEdit Policy'
I've also created two Resource Groups: Admin and Characters.
I've assigned all the resources to Admin.
I've also assigned Certain Resources to Characters.
How do I link the Resource and User groups called Characters together?

You need to create a Resource Group Access ACL entry connecting the User Group to the Resource Group.
