    It comes to my attention that keywords in my site do not get output and the WAI validation shows me errors as a result.

    I have this in the head section
    <meta name="keywords" content="[*keywords*]" />

    In the manager Meta tags and Keywords section, I created a list of kewords. then in each document, I select appropriate keyword list in the META keywords, but the output shows this:

    <meta name="keywords" content="" />

    Search the modx forums, can’t find any info to solve it.

      I don’t think you have to add the <meta name="keywords" content="[*keywords*]" /> code into the <head>, it is done automatically and inserted into the template when keywords are chosen for a given document.

      Try removing that code from the <head> of your template, edit a document, choose keywords, save the document, and see if that fixes it.

        Thank you so much! This works!

          if you use the [*keywords*] tv you can disable the meta keywords and use chunks instead of selecting words one by one from the keywords list. I find it more convenient if you have several sections with different keywords. for instance I have CCTV, Access Control and Audio sections. for each one of them I have it’s own chunk with relative keywords. much easier than selecting keywords if your list getting long.

            Thanks for the tips! I’ll try that too.

            Yesterday when trying to figure how to make the keywords work, I thought wouldn’t it be better if we can enter keywords directly from the General tab where we enter our title, description etc. I removed my Revolution Alpa site from the server, and can’t remember if this has already been implemented or not.
