Is there a way (or a plugin) to automatically create a recurring document in MODx?

For example I'd like to create an empty document every Monday in a predefined folder and have MODx email the designated editor for that page with a direct link so he could add the necessary information and then publish the page.

Maybe even automatically fill in certain fields like the title (based on date), alias, standard keywords, and publish-on date (such as the following Friday).

I don't know of any extra that would do that. Creating the resource and sending the email are fairly straightforward, but it's tricky to get it to execute just once each Monday. The "designated editor" part might also be tricky.

A low-tech method might be to just create a bunch of them and set sequential publication dates every Monday. Then use a plugin attached to OnDocPublished to email the editor a link if the newly published doc is in the predefined folder.
