server version of MYSQL - help need

    Dear all,
    I facing with a problem updating my Evo 1.0.5 :

    - on the middle of upadting process, the procedure stop and apply and warning : STRIC TRANS TABLE ! Because the server version is on a high level for the version 1.0.5 - I work in clod hosting, share hosting how they told me. For the moment the solution is to pull down the site, locally, update with new version and after to upload in web. Can someone to do this kind of operation for me ? if is neccesary to disscuss about the cost is ok, or advices, etc etc
