They are like this

I use Jot for comments

Anyone knows if it is some kind of attack??

Its just spam that try wrapping the url with html code to make it a clickable link and in worst
case make search engines to recognise your site to spam. 

Use Captcha it works! Sure its not unbeatable but I have no spam from capthca forms, specially
when I have the captcha-image in another section of the page.
