I don’t see anything obvious. It might be an interaction between your three js scripts or maybe IE6 doesn’t like all the self-closing tags (which don’t match your doctype).
Check this out:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cleanairsystems.dk%2F&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0
The first error listed suggests a possible cause of the problem.
It might also help to do a "view source" when IE6 chokes and see if there’s anything there.

Sounds like a good basic patch release upgrade is in order in the Repo. Any problems with other browsers by implementing this?

rthrash: Not that I am aware of. This is documented on the web but not as much as I would expect since it ultimately breaks the site in IE6. I have this on a few sites now and have not had any problems (not sure if it validates, need to check on this it seems to validate no problem).
OpenGeek: In my testing SWFObject gives this error with the base tag fix as well, that was the first thing I tried but it did not help (but seems to work as well).
Its now fixed and the solution was this piece of code:
<base href="[(site_url)]"></base>
Thanks!
