Hello All,
I tried to search for a solution on this but could not find one. My apologies if there was already a post about it.
I just created a MODX cloud account and have the "pro" account level. After account creation, I logged onto the dashboard and tried to create a new cloud. However, the "Location" input is blank and it will not allow me to select anything. When I click on it after the page loads, there is a "loading" prompt that appears for ~1 second and then disappears but nothing happens. I've sent in a ticket and I've also attached a screen shot to this post (the location error has a red border).
Any help/feedback is appreciated.

FYI, the screenshot function of the forums doesn't work. You have to put the image somewhere else and link to it.
Still the same problem. No location available.

I don't know who fixed it, but screen shots are now working again on the forum! thank you to whoever it was.

Probably best to reach out to the MODX Cloud support directly. There's a help/context widget in the bottom right of the dashboard.
