    Hello,
I have one client who on two of their websites are having the same issue.
Can anyone shed any light on this? It was working fine until I moved it to my new server.

Means there is no file inc.stats.php in directory /usr/local/apache/htdocs/clientsensitive/assets/plugins/slimstat. Did you copy this over on the server move?.
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!

          Hi,
          Thanks for the reply.

I did the full backup feature from the Cpanel Backup file.

How would I go about getting this back? Restore the file via a server to server transfer? I dont have root access from the place it came from tho sad

OK, can you not just re-install it, this is a plugin I believe from the Resources section ’SlimStat Plugin for MODx’. Just download it from there.

If not you can probably get the site back up by going into the manager and disabling the slimstat plugin, you wont get the parse error but obviously you also won’t get its functionality either.

OK great will try that after propagation has happened.

I just did some more digging and its because the domain name hasnt propagated to my new server yet. When I did the same thing on the server it is on at the moment I get the same errors yet the site is functioning fine.
              i.e. http://xx.xxx.xxx.xx/~clientsusername <-- errors appaer
              http://www.clients.com <-- no errors.

THanks again for the prompt reply.
