MODX Inventory Management Plugin?

I've done an initial search but didn't come up with anything concrete. I have a client who has a spreadsheet (updated weekly) with about 300 products. His clients currently download the spreadsheet an call in orders. They don't want to do an e-commerce store but want a way to manage their inventory on their site so people can see the the products, see the available quantities, and A) submit a form with a request to purchase or B) pick up the phone and order. If A) then the inventory manager should removed X amount from the inventory.

It would depend how your spreadsheet is formatted for the most part but I guess you could do this by setting up the products as resources and use something like ImportX to import all of the products/resources. You may need to insert some extra data against each product though in order for them to parse as resources. The template you set the resources to on import could contain the formit call for the order form.
