I upgrade MODx evo to 1.2.1 and în shopkeeper appear the % messages :

Is necesary to restore teh datebase, mySQL ?
What I have to do, can advice me here ?

It looks like the file in questions
class.SHKmanager.php belongs to a version of Shopkeeper 1.3.2 or below. From version 1.3.3 onwards it was named in lower case:
class.shk_manager.php.
So I think you may need to upgrade your version of shopkeeper to the latest current version which looks as if it is 1.3.5.

The developer has released version for MODX Revo more recently, so I don't know if the older Evo compatible has been maintained, or will work with Evo 1.2.1.

PS. Or to go back to the previous version , to avoid this kind of situation ? The previous was ok, is function verry well, only have some problems with malware injenctions.

There is an updated versions of shop keeper compatible up to evo evo 1.4. You can download from extras module.
