modx setlocale tr_TR and chunk

If i set locale setlocale(LC_ALL, 'tr_TR.UTF-8', 'tr_TR'); modx don't read snippets e and chunk on template.

I recive this error on log file:
modChunk::_loadInstance() is not a valid static method.

Check the return value of setlocale(). It will return false if the options are not supported on your platform.

setlocale() work because i have other language with setlocale, and i print this row: echo setlocale(LC_ALL, 'tr_TR.UTF-8');
a return: tr_TR.UTF-8

Have you checked all the fields and tables in the DB to make sure they're utf8?

Is utf8 set in the core/config/config.inc.php file?

It's also possible that MODX has trouble with multiple settings in the second argument to setlocale() or with a mismatch between that and the locale System Setting.
