Migx Media Source problem

HI There,

I have a media source for most images on my site, which is set as the default media source.
I have one Migx TV which needs to use a different directory though. So I created a new Media Source, with the base url and path set to the correct folder, and assigned it to the Migx TV, but when the user tries to add a file, it still defaults to the Default media source.

I've cleared the cache etc, but still defaults, but in the Migx TV, it definitely says that I ave assigned a different media source.

Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

UPDATE: I have even tested it by changing the TV Media Source to just 'File System' - but it STILL reverts to the Default Media Source, which is looking in another directory. I'm wondering id the default should be set to filesystem so that it doesn't override?

did you create the config for the MIGX-TV with the MIGX-CMP or did you just fill the formtabs and columns - fields of the TV?

could you post your configs?

Sorry - just formtab and columns - see config below:

Form Tabs:

[

]

Columns:

{"header": "Title", "width": "60", "sortable": "false", "dataIndex": "title"}
]

Then the Media Source is set in the Media Sources Tab along the top of the TV options.

Thanks I will try this. So that I understand, what is the migx_id and how come the values are repeated? I do t understand what they are all supposed to do.

yes that worked great - thank you!
Any idea why it's not honouring the selected Media Source in the settings though?
The main thing is I have a solution!
