Hello MODX community,
I am not sure, if this is the right place but maybe this is of interest for you: Because it's often not easy to know exactly, which customers website runs on which CMS and PHP version, i wrote a small tool that collects this data from all configured sites with one single click (see animated GIF). So it's easy to identify websites that should be urgently updated.
It also stores the versions history for each site in .CSV file, accessible via the UI of the tool:
Beside some other CMS, this tool – dubbed "Site Info Center LIGHT" – also supports MODX Revolution because this was my system of choice a long time. You can find the tool on github, alongside with additional technical notes and insights:
