Data Grid Widget?

I see how this widget could allow you to pull the data into a table listing, but how do you actually manage the data in a mysql table using the ModX admin? Is there another widget to allow this or does this widget do that in one way or another?

Care to share some of the plug-and-play DB-table-editor scripts? I haven’t found anything usable.
