Hi guys - finally getting used to Modx.

So, I'm updating a clients site and was able to input new content, remove, etc. I was asked to enlarge an item, and this item seems to be called in by the sidebar, but when I go into my Media, or files, I see no images? I inspected the page and it says the images are being called from assets/img/product/image.png

But no where in these files I cannot find these folders? Is it possible they were deleted or? I'm very confused. Any help works - thank you!

Are you looking on the Files tab in the Manager? If so, try cPanel's File Manager. The Files tab can be restricted and modified in various ways based on the various Media Source settings.

Typically, you would find those files in public_html/assets/img/product/, unless the site is in a subdirectory, in which case they would be one level down.

If you're still not finding them, it's possible that the site is using a gallery extra that hides the true URL of the images.
