So if I have services/
home.html
instore.html
I want the URL to be: mysite.com/services/home.html
and currently it's just: mysite.com/home.html
I think someone may have set this up in preferences a long time ago, but not sure. Ideally I'd like to do this only for certain folders.
Thanks in advance

there is the system-setting use_alias_path, but then it is side- or contextwide
You could use a plugin, which would set a fixed uri on children of specific folders.
