What are MIGX Configurations: ?

Hi when creating a MIGX TV i see a formfield Configurations? What is that for?
is it related to the MIGX CMP? and is the documentation up to date? because i cant find any documentation on MIGX management.

you can build the formtabs and columns for a MIGX - TV with the MIGX - configurator - CMP
Then you would add the name of your configuration into that field and let the formtabs and columns - fields alone.

There is a lot of other stuff within the MIGX - configurator - CMP, which is mostly related to MIGXdb (TVs or CMPs)

I would love to make it more complete, but never get time enough.
