Answered formit autoresponder with images

Hi,

I'm trying to style a formit autoresponder to look like a proffesional designed email.
I know formit suppors HTML by default - So I can use inline CSS and HTML tags for the most part
but How can I add images inline?

I found solutions for images as attachments but that is not what I'm looking for.

The short answer is that the best method is to put the image somewhere it can be accessed by URL (e.g. CDN, or your assets directory) and do something like this in the email:

<img src="http://somesite.com/path/to/image/file" alt="Something" height="42" width="42">
