capacha fails on first try?

Hola people,
I have a weired issue with capacha on one site I made. It’s always fails on first try. I’m sure I put the correct code.
and it’s happens on all my capachas, in eform, and in the manager login.

For the manager is no big deal, but on contact us form is kinda important, don’t think the average user will try again.

anyone have an idea what can it be?

I could never find out why but if I had modx in a subfolder it worked but in root it didnt.

I tested it and it works fine...maybe you fixed it?....only thing I noticed is that it is case sensitive...upper-case worked, lower-case didn’t...Maybe that’s how you set it up? Anyway, it worked; I tested it 4 times (sorry wasn’t spamming you )

thanks everyone for checking it out. I noticed it happens only with Firefox 3. I wonder why.

Me too on FF3/Vista

that’s weird, I tried it on 2 PCs of mine, and both with FF3 fails. the client had same thing from his PC on FF3?

maybe I should add a line saying "If capacha fails for you on first try simply try again. this is an extra security feature"

just put the words in site config in lower case.
