Really need some help

I have been stumped by this all day, I have posted earlier but now the problem seems to be different.

I have gone for a site upgrade and the install appears to be OK until I go into the site manager. In the configuration panel, under Interface and features I have the following error messages. I have successfully transferred some other sites to the same host, I had stupid trouble with the first one (my dumb mistake) then the second went without a hitch. this should have been straight fwd but not so.

I have been looking for answers on here most of the afternoon but without any luck.

if someone could try and help I would be very grateful.

When I go to preview any of the pages I am greeted by the following message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /var/www/vhosts/networkneeds.co.uk/httpdocs/assets/modules/quick_edit/output.class.inc.php on line 143

I would try to reinstall Tinymce.
If does not work restore the website and try again. Maybe something went wrong when you moved the files

This sounds suspiciously like line-endings got messed up on the FTP transfer, specifically the file referenced in the error message (Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /var/www/vhosts/networkneeds.co.uk/httpdocs/assets/modules/quick_edit/output.class.inc.php on line 143).

As for the TinyMCE part, that sounds like it might be a similar problem.

Right I am gonna have another go at a new install.
