Hello! I'm a new MODX user and have taken over administration of a site for a client. I'm trying to make changes to the HTML of a Chunk, but when I hit save it only looks like it saves, but hasn't actually (as soon as I navigate away from that chunk and come back, the changes are gone). I need these changes to appear on the live site.
Any suggestions on a setting I might be missing??
Do you have any extras installed that check syntax in your text? I have occasionally had a problem like yours when using these. If you have try disabling them.
Might be worth checking the error log too
It could also be that mod_security is implemented and doesn't like the content of the chunk, or you don't have permission to save or update a chunk.
