Hi Baljit,
Could you explain a little more on what it is you're trying to do? It sounds like you have a folder called users that you're trying to upload to? Where is that folder placed in your webroot? Are there subfolders within it? Is everything manually uploaded via FTP or is it done through the a TV/Filemanager or generated somehow?
Also the image attachment doesn't seem to be working could you perhaps upload it here
http://imgur.com/ and link us to it please.
Thanks,
Thanks for clarifying. When a user registers are the folders still created ok when you check in an FTP client? And just not displaying properly in the manager? Or are the folders just sometimes being created and sometimes not?
Could you clear your log file, try to register and then paste the contents of the error log please? It should hopefully shed some light on why it can't create the folders/files.
Hello There

We have deleted error log.we have created new user but error log have not created
Ok, so from what I gather everything is working fine the folders are being created fine it's just not showing in this extras file browser? I assume its also showing correctly in the MODX file manager if you browse to it. Everything works and exists its just a display issue. Unfortunately there's not much I can suggest other than checking the console for javascript errors and trying it in another browser.
Failing that then I would say to contact the developer of the extra

The permissions on your userfiles folder is 755.
My installation of MODX creates new folders with these permissions.
However, when I allowed Upload to Users CMP 1.1.1-pl to create the userfiles folder itself it set the permissions of this folder and all its children to 775, which give the group write access to the folder.
So perhaps setting the permissions of userfiles and all sub folders already created to 775 would help?
