Cannot search locally for packages

    I try to search for packages locally on localhost server. Seven packages are sitting in "core/packages" directory (both folders and archives).

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open "Applications" -> "Installer" in Manager.
    2. Click on "Search locally for packages".

    It just says "Loading..." and nothing else. Client console is empty and no server errors since that period I have opened Installer. And strange thing is that I have succesfully downloaded these packages through the same Manager, but I don't see that one is active.
