Try deleting all files in the core/cache directory and visiting with your browser in private or incognito mode. The error may still appear based on a cached core file or something in the browser cache.
Is the original core folder still there? If so, rename it.

I rename folder /cache but still appear error
I meant to rename the core folder in the MODX root. Never rename the cache folder.

I rename and exclude folder cache. Well I do not have more options to do on the server already tried everything and thank the attention, I will check if the server itself is not creating a cache. Have you heard of any Modx installation on the Cloudways.com server successfully?
