That's all that appeared in the Error Log?
Where are you launching Notify from?
1. The "Launch Notify button" on the TV when editing the resource
2. From inside NewsPublisher
3. From your own code with sendRedirect()
That was from the 'Launch Notify' button.
However it's not doing that today and the notify form is displaying as expected. there are no errors in the error log either after adding the 'debug=`1`'
I'll do some more testing over the next couple of days and get back to you.

It's possible that the property is ignored when you use a property set. You may have to set it in System -> Property Sets.
It's also possible that nothing is written to the error log unless you actually send a batch of emails.
