How to migrate real wibsite to Local Server?

Can someone help me, how to migrate the entire website to local server?

You can use the extra backupmodx to download all the files and database. Then continue to setup as you would normally - if you're using something like xampp for example just create and upload the database to phpmyadmin and continue to configure all config paths so they're pointing in the right place for your local setup.
