Answered ModDevTools Install Issue

I use package management to download and install ModDevTools from Modx.com.

The Install reports failure, but the snippet is functioning. Package Management list the snippet as not installed.

I have attached the console output .

Any suggestions?

ModDevTools is a few years old. Possibly its package is not kosher in the current version of MODX.

I have it installed on several versions of modx up to 2.5.7. I posted the console output to help others identify the issue. My belief is there are permission issues.

Absolutely correct about the character set issue. DB is latin1 and modx is set to utf8. We will look into implementing your solution at https://bobsguides.com/convert-db-utf8.html
