[[!getResources? &parents=`13` &tpl=`Inventory.tpl` &includeTVs=`1` &processTVs=`1` &tvPrefix=`` &where=`[[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere]]` &limit=`25` ]]

[[!getPage? &element=`getResources` &parents=`13` &tpl=`Inventory.tpl` &includeTVs=`1` &processTVs=`1` &tvPrefix=`` &where=`[[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere]]` &limit=`25` ]]
When you change it to getpage are you putting in &element=`getResources`
[[!getPage? &element=`getResources` &parents=`13` &tpl=`Inventory.tpl` &includeTVs=`1` &processTVs=`1` &tvPrefix=`` &where=`[[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere]]` &limit=`25` ]]
[[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere]]
Does this tag produce anything when used on its own? And if so, what does it show.
[[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere]]
<p>Tagger Result: [[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere]]</p>
[[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere? &tags=`Books,Vehicles` &where=`{"isfolder": 0}`]]
That would explain it. TaggerGetResourcesWhere isn't returning anything because you haven't given it any properties.
Here's an example:
[[!TaggerGetResourcesWhere? &tags=`Books,Vehicles` &where=`{"isfolder": 0}`]]
