Menu Index & Menu title field missing in manager

Hi,

I am having problem with editing my document in the manager. I seems to be missing the Menu Title, Menu Index & Parent Folder Option when i edit my documents. I can’t figure why this is happening, but this what i notice;

1) The missing option are they but hidden, there was a css "display:none" applied to the <TR> tag
2) If i change my template from any of the template into "(blank)", the option appears back again. The moment i select any other template i have, it disappear again.

I just recently move this site, from one sub-directory to another directory in my same shared hosting; everything seems to be working correctly, the only problem was the one i mentioned. The previous site, seems to be working correctly.

Any idea?

Maybe you installed ManagerManger modifications for certain templates and later forgot about it?

ah... wasn’t manager manager, i disable the zCustomize Manager plugin which i have install and it now worked.
