Plugin OnDocFormSave - refresh data

I have a plugin linked to the OnDocFormSave event.

Modify some fields / tv of the resource. But when you load the page you do not see it, I have to reload (F5) to see the changes applied by the plugin.

How can i modx reload the resource to display?
