Try this command:
chmod 777 -R /home/happy/+Devweb/modx-0.9.6.2/assets
Have you also checked that /assets/ acctually have the correct permissions?
ls -l
result of terminal :
happy@aiphesbuntu:~$ ls -l /home/happy/+Devweb/modx-0.9.6.2/assets
total 60

Hm from your output it doesn’t seem like a permission problem anymore, as all directories now are completly open (not a good pratcie). If I’m not mistaken, the correct permissions should be 755 for all folder, excpet for cache, export and images, which should have 777. That is the way I have done it on my setup.
I’m not quite sure what could be the problem then, maybe someone else can help?
Anyways, in the mean time, you could always just add folders and files manually.
i don’t understand whats wrong with this install...

nobody can help me ?

If you create a file using the Manager -> Resources -> File Manager, it will create the file with the owner being the Apache user (apache, www, nobody... whatever user Apache runs as.), and whatever default file creation permissions your system is configured to use. Then you will not be able to access this file as another user.
You’ll see the same problem with images if you’re using MaxiGallery; you can manage the images with MaxiGallery or the File Manger, but you won’t be able to with a local user or an ftp user.
My solution to this is to make the Apache user a member of the same group as my user, and make sure that all files/folders are created with group writable permissions. That way both my user and the Apache user can write the files.
ok i will try to add apache user to ma user group in ubuntu...
the paths in configuration are ok
in waiting, i create the template via resources>manage resources > template > new template....it’s work
