FormIT + base64_encode

Hello, how can I create a hook using base64_encode for some form fields?

for example:
<input name="code" value="This is an encoded string">

Once the email is sent will looks like:

code: VGhpcyBpcyBhbiBlbmNvZGVkIHN0cmluZw==
