I have a very strange issue suddenly. When I attempt to edit any of the documents in my site I am presented with an edit screen which is not populated.
I looked at the mutate_content.dynamic.php script and it seems that the SQL that should return the document attributes from the site_content table is failing with an Out of Memory error - (Needed 15099488 bytes). If I execute the exact same query using PHP Myadmin the query returns one record as expected.
I have one document group. The document group is solely for web users and I have 6 documents in it and I’m not sure if this may be relevant but the id of this document group is 1. In my webgroups table I have 118 web users associated with this document group.
There is only one admistrative user with full permissions.
Anyone have any ideas on this?

Sounds like your assets/cache/siteCache.idx.php file may be getting large and you may have exceeded your PHP memory_limit setting of 16M. Increasing this in your PHP configuration should solve the problem, though you may need to run an upgrade install (using your current version’s installer) to repair the cache file if it got written improperly due to the out of memory error.
Actually it turned out to be an issue with the MySQL server my hosting company provides - Moved the data to another server and the issue disappeared so there is obviously some issue with the original server. Shame it took me an afternoon to figure that out.
Your comments about the cache were interesting if a little worrying. I’m a recent ModX adopter and am liking it a lot and hope to make some contributions to the project as I become more familiar with it. My one little niggle would be the lack of separation between the data layer and the logic layer. Hopefully this is something that is being addressed in the new code-base.
