Hello,
A few months ago we moved a site to a new hosting provider, www.chefdjcateringcompany.com. Since the move we have been unable to login to the MODx admin panel. We have confirmed with the hosting provider that the database is connecting fine and the site is working perfectly. We have also reset the password on both user accounts via phpMyAdmin using the password reset post in this forum. It seems there’s something else locked up or not lined up right.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be very much appreciated. If you feel you need to try logging into the site for yourself, feel free to ask me for access.
Thanks. Please help as soon as possible! The client needs to regain access asap and I don’t really feel like biting the bullet and doing a full re-install to correct the problem.
