When a user enters in my domain like domain.com it redirects to domain.com/home.html, how can I have it just goto the index.html? Would this be in .htaccess or somewhere else?

I found it, he had it going to some flash intro page that when the flash intro page loaded it had a js redirect that would forward to the home page. Home is now index and the intro page is gone. I found the problem in htaccess as he had it forwarding to a index.html and had both index.html and index.php in the modx root which was causing modx to say it needed to be reinstalled.
