Evo 1.21 Flurry of Parsing Errors

Hi, I think this is not unique to any particular version of modx, but I have an up to date modx evo mailing me these today ... I reloaded and it seemed to stop it, but I'm still getting stragglers from an hour ago...

Anyone know what this means?
Source: Parser - header('Content-Type: ' . $type . '; charset=' . $this->config['modx_charset']);

modx charset can be set at the config page > interface. But further more I don't know.
Unicode utf-8 I have and maybe it needs to be set to Central Europe. Just wild guessing
