Just place the imageslim call on your content and then any image that is uploaded in the content area will be resized.
If they're not uploading in the main content then apply it to your other TV where you're allowing them to upload? If its purely an image TV or gallery then output it with pthumb.
I guess you need to install an Extra for that?

OR,
If you have Responsive FileManager or elFinder then you can do whatever you want when it comes to image manipulation.
Works in top nav, RTEs, TVs
TinymceWrapper: Complete back/frontend content solution.
Harden your MODX site by
passwording your three main folders:
core, manager, connectors and renaming your
assets (thank me later!)
5 ways to sniff / hack your own sites; even with renamed/hidden folders, burst them all up, to see how secure you are not.
Ok, imageslim works fine. It's a good solution.
The other thing I'd like to be solved is images being resized on uploading.

I think Brunos suggestion looked good - I'd imagine you'd need to go into system settings after installing and enter the file upload limits? Not sure though.
Autoresizeonupload does not have any system settings...

Still taking about 7 seconds to get any response from the server?
Was worse earlier however.
Not complaining, just pointing out it doesn't give a good impression.
@modularity: What are you refering to?
@Anyone: Does anyone know if I can make Imageslim work with the Gallery extra? Gallery images are still huge.
