I am playing around with modx on localhost. Is it possible to create and manage 2 differnt sites,of course with available templates with differnet documents in modx in localhost or on a server?because whenever I try to make a new site via tools/configuration, the earlier site is renamed with the same documents!

    2. what is correct syntax for &debug = TRUE to be used in [!Wayfinder ? &startId=`0` &debug=`True`!]or is it ok.

You mean two different installs? Yes it is possible. If you use an application like WAMP/XAMP/MAMP you can easily install as multiple modx sites. Just keep the installs in different folders with names such as modx1, modx2, etc. Create different databases for them, maybe with different prefixes and you are good to go.
