Spform - blank page on submission

I'm getting a blank page when I submit an Spform. The modx system events shows the following error.

This form has been running for years. It appears this error started after I upgraded Evo to 1.2.1

Php 5.4.45

Any ideas?

There could be something in 1.2.1 that doesn't like SPForm (or vice versa). I haven't supported the Evo version of SPForm for years.

It could also be a PHP upgrade issue. The ereg function has been deprecated for some time, so possibly the PHP warning messages are causing trouble.

I just upgraded php on the server to 5.6. No change. I guess I'll try replacing it with eform. Perhaps that will work better.

Possibly. If the deprecated function warnings were a problem (and I'm not at all sure they are), you'd have to *downgrade* PHP to get rid of them.

This doesn't solve the problem, but I setup a new form with eform and all is well.
